Start with a Reverse Cascade. Now throw one Under Your Arm and catch the next Under Your Arm. Then go back to the Reverse Cascade, making sure that you do the throw Over the Top (as all the throws are in a 
Reverse Cascade). Immediately repeat this pattern.
